How to Register
	Registrants may pay online in US dollars by credit card. SPE accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club credit cards.

Full Conference: Three-Day Registration Full registration fees include all conference sessions and technical exhibition, CD proceedings, coffee breaks for all three days, daily luncheon tickets, one SPE regional awards gala dinner ticket, and one delegate bag.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment can be made by credit cards or bank transfers. All payments should be made in USD.
If you cancel before 7 September 2013, you will receive a full refund less (USD 100).
If you cancel after 7 September 2013, you will not be eligible for a refund.
No refund will be given if a registered delegate fails to attend the conference.
