How to Register
	Registrants may pay online in US dollars by credit card. SPE accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Diners Club credit cards.

Full Registration: Two-Day Registration Full conference registrations include all conference sessions and technical exhibition, CD proceedings, coffee breaks for all three days, daily luncheon tickets, one conference reception ticket and one delegate bag.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

• Payment can be made by credit cards or bank transfers. All payments should be made in USD.
• If you cancel before 16 August 2013, you will receive a full refund less USD 100.
• If you cancel after 16 August 2013, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• No refund will be given if a registered delegate fails to attend the conference.
