Principal Sponsors

AUD 30,000
per sponsor

Your commitment of AUD 30,000 as a principal sponsor entitles you to:

  • Insert one (1) item bearing information about your organisation in the conference satchel
  • One (1) page colour advertisement in the conference programme (if desired)
  • Prominent signage on the stage during the conference opening and keynote session
  • Prominent signage adjacent to the conference registration area
  • Signage bearing the company’s name and logo displayed at the breakfast area
  • Acknowledgement at the opening session by the conference chairman
  • PowerPoint slide with company’s name and logo projected during the opening session
  • A slide bearing your company’s name and logo projected on the screen in all of the technical session rooms

Conference CD-ROM Proceedings

AUD 15,000

Being the most important technical documentation for the conference, the CD-ROM Proceedings contains papers which are presented at the conference. The Proceedings is an excellent source of reference for the delegates and people in the oil and gas industry. The sponsor(s) will receive:

  • Acknowledgement under the heading “Corporate Sponsor(s)” on the introductory screen inside the
    CD-ROM Proceedings
  • Half (1/2) page advertisement in the conference programme
  • One (1) complimentary full conference registration*

Conference Luncheons

AUD 15,000
per luncheon

One (1) luncheon per day over three (3) days.
Luncheon will be provided each day at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre to all full conference registrants. These conference luncheons will provide the conference delegates with an opportunity for networking. The sponsor will receive:

  • Company name and logo prominently displayed at the luncheon area
  • Luncheon tickets for eight persons at the day’s luncheon
  • Company information ( if desired) to be available at the entrance to the luncheon area
  • Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations* per sponsorship of AUD 15,000

Internet Lounge

AUD 15,000

The Internet Lounge will be equipped with computer terminals at various hotspots at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre.

  • Sponsor website link on the homepage of all terminals

  • Two (2) complimentary full conference registrations

e-Posters

Conference delegates can view the e-Poster presentations during the morning and afternoon coffee breaks. The sponsorship entitles you to:

  • Company’s name and logo prominently featured on all signages used in the e-Posters session area

Happy Hour

Happy Hour receptions will be held in the exhibition area on Monday and Tuesday evening, 11 and 12 November 2013 for delegates and exhibitors to network. Drinks will be served. The sponsor will receive:

  • Company’s name and logo prominently displayed at the reception area
  • One (1) complimentary full conference registrations*

Conference Satchels – SOLD

All full conference registrants will receive a satchel. The sponsor will receive:

  • Company’s name and logo imprinted on the satchel

Evening Ice Breaker

This function to be held on Sunday, 10 November 2013 will be a welcoming event for all delegates/exhibitors and other conference participants to renew and establish new acquaintances. Hors d’oeuvres and drinks will be served. The sponsor will receive:

  • Company name and logo signage display in the function area
  • One (1) complimentary full conference registration*

Nametag Lanyards SOLD

The nametag lanyard (strap) is designed to hang around the necks of all delegates, which will be distributed together with conference badges. The sponsor will receive:

Directional Signages SOLD

Clear signages will be in place to direct conference delegates entering the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre to the various meeting rooms, exhibition hall and other key functions/events. Your contribution entitles you to:

Conference Preview/Programme – SOLD

The brochure will be distributed to more than 5,000 SPE members and will be posted on the SPE website. It is the trademark of the conference and exhibition and it contains technical programme, list of papers/event, general information, registration forms, hotel booking form, etc. The sponsor will receive:

  • One (1) full-page complimentary colour advertisement (if desired) in the conference preview/programme
  • One (1) complimentary full conference registration*

Coffee/Tea Breaks

Two breaks per day, over three days

Morning coffee and afternoon tea breaks will be provided. The sponsor will receive:

  • Signage with the company’s name and logo prominently displayed at the coffee/tea area

Ice Cream Social

Ice cream counters will be strategically positioned in the exhibition hall to provide cooling refreshment in the afternoons during the conference. The sponsor will receive:

Exhibitor Visitor Pass SOLD

Exhibitor Visitor Pass will be mailed to all exhibiting companies to distribute to their clients whom they would like to visit the exhibition. Your contribution entitles you to have:
