A large number of companies are looking for ways to maximize the abilities of their personnel to help them to bring more “to the table”. They are looking for individuals with the skills to communicate more efficiently, to improve negotiation techniques, with the ability to be an integral part of a team while also having strong leadership qualities. Leadership is crucial at every level of the Industry. Whether you are an engineer, a team leader, a project manager, a supervisor, a lab tech, an officer in a professional society, or a CEO. Anyone can be a leader, no matter what position you hold, there is a way to influence with or without authority.

Expectations:

Active group exercises, specific Q&A with the participants, along with lecture.

Instructor

Lori R. Dalrymple is the founder of Architecture of Communication dba AOC, LLC, a Softskills training company. She has been an active member of the SPEI Business Management and Leadership Skills Committee and has been selected to be a SPE Distinguish Lecturer (2018-2019). She has led many Softskills workshops worldwide, such as in Dubai, UAE; Vienna, Austria; Czech Republic; and California, Oklahoma and Texas, USA. Her work experience included a member of the Senior Trainer Research Group, Halliburton Company. She graduated BA Music with a minor in Communications.
