Reciprocal Mentoring: Building Connections That Make a Difference!
Disciplines: Management
Course Description
This workshop focuses on communication among diverse people, all working and growing together.
Young Professionals have specific skills sets that include the newest in technical applications, and exceptional technology transfer skills. More senior professionals have specific skills sets that include exceptional soft skills, and experience that can’t be taught at university, it is something that comes with years of learning the “exceptions to the rule”, the “what if’s” that can occur when you least expect them. Learning the strengths and value of team members can strengthen and enhance the performance of your team. Cross training occurs seamlessly when members of a team realize the value that each individual member of the team brings to the group.
This workshop will help employees to realize the value within each other and within themselves. From a group of good employees, to a TEAM of dynamic individuals, who recognize the deliverables of their combined efforts and make the most of what each member has to offer
Expectations: Active group exercises, specific Q&A with the participants, along with lecture.
