Instructor

Ibrahim Fahmy Abdelaty is a Fellow IMarEST, Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology and Chartered Engineer in UK Engineering council CEng CMarEng. Based in Windsor, UK since 2019, as Offshore Marine Consultant. Ibrahim serves to IMarEST as Accreditation assessor, Member of PAEC Professional Affairs and Education Higher Committee. Ibrahim has 20 years of experience in Offshore and Marine industry where he covered different technical, advisory and management roles, He served in International Major Companies and JVs in Aberdeen, London, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and Alexandria. During his career journey, Ibrahim reported directly to senior management three terms for 10 years. 2014 to 2017, reporting directly as Advisor to ZADCO SVP Projects and Engineering. 2012-2013 Reporting directly to Project Director and Senior Project Managers, ZADCO. 2009- 2011, Technical Authority, ADMA OPCO. Previously worked 8 years as Senior Engineer in International EPC Offshore and Marine Business on various capacities, includes SUBSEA7, SAIPEM-ENI, NPCC and PMS. Ibrahim Chaired +100 Forums/Conferences/Summits/Workshops/ panels/sessions in Marine and Offshore Business. He is a public speaker, chaired and led several Technical Committees part of remarkable International conferences such as ADIPEC Offshore & Marine Technical Committee 2015-2021. He is a Judge member of Award Committee of Prestigious IPTC Excellence in project integration Award.
